Terms of Service

The agreement between you and NoShowSaver. Read the parts that apply to your role.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using NoShowSaver, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are signing up on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to this agreement.

2. The service

NoShowSaver is a side-car for Calendly that places refundable Stripe authorizations on cards at booking time and captures them only on a confirmed no-show. We are not a booking tool, a payments processor, or a regulated financial institution. Calendly handles scheduling; Stripe handles payment processing and money movement.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Keep an accurate Stripe Connect account in good standing. Captured funds settle into your Stripe balance directly.
  • Display your cancellation policy clearly on your Calendly event type and in the booking-confirmation messages we send on your behalf.
  • Set policy fees that are commensurate with the actual no-show harm to your business. Excessive fees may be disputed and we may decline to defend them.
  • Respond to client correspondence about charges. We will route disputes to you and assist with evidence, but the merchant of record on the captured charge is your Stripe account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use NoShowSaver to charge for services that did not actually occur on a no-show basis (for example, charging the full appointment value when only a deposit-style fee is appropriate), to harass clients, or to circumvent the consumer-protection laws that apply in your jurisdiction.

5. Subscription and billing

NoShowSaver is sold on a monthly subscription with a fourteen-day trial. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal — your data is retained while your account remains, and exported or deleted on request.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

Refunds for the NoShowSaver subscription are at our discretion and generally provided when service has been unavailable for an extended period. Refunds for end-client charges are handled in your Stripe dashboard and are independent of your NoShowSaver subscription.

7. Stripe and Calendly

Use of NoShowSaver is also subject to the Stripe Services Agreement and the Calendly Terms of Service. We rely on these providers for critical functionality and cannot guarantee continued operation if either revokes your account or our integration access.

8. HIPAA disclaimer

NoShowSaver is not a HIPAA-covered service. We do not sign Business Associate Agreements. Do not connect appointment data containing protected health information until we offer a covered tier.

9. Warranty disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to NoShowSaver in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that place us at material risk with Stripe or Calendly, or that repeatedly generate disputes we cannot defend. We will provide notice and a chance to cure where reasonable.

11. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that reduces your rights, we will give at least thirty days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
